Proposal to Amalgamate Canvey Island Infant School and Nursery and Canvey Junior School
Please find below the consultation from Essex County Council detailing the proposal to amalgamate Canvey Island Infant School and Nursery and Canvey Junior School to create a Primary School. This consultation period will run from Thursday 6th November to Thursday 18th December.
As part of this consultation process, there are meetings for parents of both schools and the local community scheduled for Thursday 27th November 2025. The first meeting at 2.30pm will be held in the infant school hall and the second meeting at 6pm will be taking place in the junior school hall.
