Effective support for children and families in EssexThis guidance provides a framework for everyone who works alongside children and young people and their families in Essex, assisting practitioners to identify, understand and consider the appropriate support at the earliest opportunity and lowest appropriate level of the effective support windscreen as soon as a need is identified. It covers unborn babies and children aged 0-18 years (up to 25 years for children with special educational needs and disability) and should be used alongside statutory guidance for each agency.
