• Fit 4 Action

  On Thursday 3rd October, Classes 3 and 4 enjoyed a Fit 4 Action lesson from SSP. They learnt about what happens to their body during and after exercise and why they need to keep fit and healthy.

  

• Class 1 Trip to the Fire Station

  Class 1 thoroughly enjoyed their trip to our local fire station. They got to look at and hold a variety of equipment and they got to sit in a fire engine.

• Community Singing Day

  On Thursday 27th June 2019, the Year 2 choir enjoyed a day of singing at The Paddocks. They were joined by 4 other schools and the Canvey Community Choir. On the day, the children spent the morning learning 10 songs and then rehearsed with the Canvey Community Choir. In the afternoon, they performed on the stage to an audience of staff, relatives and local care home residents.

  It was a brilliant day had by all!

  

• Infant Music Festival

  On Tuesday the Year 2 choir participated in the Infant Music Festival at Runnymede Hall. The theme this year was 'People'. The children sang our school songs beautifully, 'Stand by Me' and 'Living in Harmony' and they enjoyed singing the mass songs with the other schools.

  Well done to you all! Once again you represented our school well!
