On behalf of the staff and governors of Canvey Island Infant School and Nursery I would like to welcome you to our school.
At Canvey Island Infant School and Nursery, we are proud of our hard-working team of teachers, support staff and governors who provide a safe and secure learning environment, where high expectations of achievement, behaviour and support for each other are paramount.
We welcome the involvement of parents and carers, because we share the responsibility with you for educating your child academically, socially and morally. Our objective is that the children in our care are happy, confident and independent learners and this is easier to achieve when we are working together.
We are happy to show prospective parents and children around the school, discuss the provision we offer and answer any questions that might arise.
